15. Mr Kenneth Tiong Boon Kiat asked the Minister for Digital Development and Information regarding AI Singapore's AI Apprenticeship Programme's (AIAP) asserting a graduate placement rate of over 90% (a) for each cohort in the last three years, what percentage of graduates were hired by AI Singapore or its affiliated entities; (b) what percentage of permanent staff are themselves AIAP alumni; and (c) what measures ensure these statistics reflect genuine market absorption, not internal re-hiring.

Answer

The AI Apprenticeship Programme (AIAP) develops skilled AI talent through hands-on project work with companies, providing practical training that supports both professional development and real-world AI deployment.
