16. Ms Elysa Chen asked the Minister for Digital Development and Information (a) whether the Ministry has data on the total number and load capacity of data centres in Singapore currently; and (b) if so, what are they.

Answer

Singapore’s total data centre (DC) capacity exceeds 1.4 gigawatts, and we are home to more than 70 cloud, enterprise, and co-location DCs.
