15. Mr Victor Lye asked the Minister for Digital Development and Information whether Government digital systems across Ministries and Statutory Boards recognise and operationalise Family Justice Courts' orders granting sole custody, care and control of children.

Answer:

Agencies will take into account court orders relating to the custody, care and control of children, where such information is relevant to the administration of their policies or services. How they do so, including in digital systems, depends on their specific contexts and requirements.
